Origin Story

From Visual Communication to Property Journeys

With background in art and visual communication. We were trained to read light, proportion, and composition — and to notice the story a space tells before anyone speaks. That is the eye we brought to real estate.

When I entered real estate, I saw an industry that shouted when it should listen, that pushed when it should guide. So we built INITIUM around a simple idea: treat every client's journey like a craft project. Research before recommendation. Honesty before hype. And the discipline to say "this isn't the right fit" when it isn't.

I still have the sketchbook. Filled with buildings I drew before I ever thought I'd sell them. That habit — noticing light, negative spaces, the story a space tells — never left. I just stopped putting it on paper and started using it for people instead.

INITIUM happened because I needed a place where honesty wasn't a disadvantage. Where saying "this isn't the right fit" was considered good advice, not bad sales. Where the people you help remember your name for the right reasons.

I am a husband and a dad. I cook because my family deserves my full attention, not whatever is left at the end of the day. And I love streetwear culture because some things are worth the wait — and because that kid who believed in waiting for what matters? He grew up. He just never grew out of it.
